ICRA 2010 is providing a number of travel supports to selected students/authors of papers to be presented at ICRA2010. The decisions on assignment of these grants will be coordinated by the Travel Awards Committee chaired by Jaydev Desai, David Cappelleri, and Jing Xiao.

Application Deadline: January 30, 2010
The travel support for student attendees of ICRA 2010. The funds may be used to cover student registration fee. Since funds are limited, students must submit an application following the submission guidelines. If awarded, the student will have to report at theconference site, and show his/her passport and airline tickets to receive the travel supports. The student must certify that the conference registration and that part of travel expenses covered by the received award are not otherwise covered by university, foundation, or industry funds. The request must be submitted through PaperPlaza (click the "Submit a Contribution to ICRA '10" link from PaperPlaza) using the 1 page form (Microsoft Word)* converted to pdf (1 page max.) no later than January 30, 2010. In PaperPlaza, the applicant should be the "author" of the travel request, and the abstract for the request is a summary of the request. Use a suitable title, e.g., "Travel grant application for Jane Doe." Do not use the same title as the title of an existing submission.

Students who are US citizens or permanent residents in the US, and who are planning to present their work at ICRA2010, are are invited to apply for a travel grant funded by ARO. Since funds are limited, students must submit an application following the submission guidelines. This grant will cover partial airfare reimbursement for coach/economy class on US flag carriers only. The deadline for submitting an application is 02/19/2010, and awards will be announced by 03/12/2010. Travel funds will be distributed as reimbursements upon submission of receipts, a brief trip report and uploading a copy of the abstract and powerpoint presentation after the conference.
The application for travel funds consists of an email from the advisor of the applicant, sent to icra.travel.award@gmail.com with "ICRA 2010 Travel Grant Application" as the subject line. The email should contain the following information, prepared by the student, but sent by the student’s advisor:
